With over two decades of experience in design and drafting since 2000, he oversees all drafting operations and specializes in structural design drafting and detailing for both residential and commercial projects. He is highly proficient in structural and architectural drafting and experienced in designing across a wide range of occupancy groups and construction types. His background includes work on custom high-end residences, luxury modular homes, residential tract developments, and commercial structures. In addition, he brings more than 15 years of project management and field experience, coordinating closely with contractors, consultants, and lead framers to ensure successful project execution.

Owner / Project Manager

With experience in design and drafting since 2000, he began his career as a commercial and industrial draftsman, spending seven years overseeing projects from schematic design through city approval. He then transitioned into high-end custom residential work, serving for five years as a project manager. In this role, his responsibilities included developing initial designs in BIM, guiding clients through the design process, producing complete construction document sets, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and securing approvals from both homeowners’ associations and municipal agencies. He also brings one year of experience as a project manager in the high-end modular home sector.
