Designing/drafting since 2000.  His responsibilities include overseeing all drafting, as well as performing structural design drafting and detailing of residential and commercial structures.  He is well versed in structural and architectural drafting and the design of various occupational groups and construction types.  He has experience working with extreme custom residences, high-end modular homes, residential tracts, and commercial structures. He has over 15 years of project management experience as well as field experience, coordinating projects with contractors, consultants, and lead framers.

Designing/drafting since 2000. Worked as a commercial and industrial draftsman for the initial 7 years of his career, where he oversaw the completion of all projects from schematic design, to have the project approved by the city. He then moved on to high-end custom residential for 5 years as a project manager, where his duties included inputting the initial design into CAD, guide clients through the design process, complete a full set of working documents, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and lastly obtaining approval from both HOA and the city. He also has 1-year experience in high-end modular homes as a project manager.
